I have tried this solution, I do not have a microsoft teams folder in applications. I have seen other solutions around that say to use terminal to fix this, but it is gibberish to me. To help you better, please post your questions to a new thread in our forum. Your understanding and cooperation will be appreciated. There is no error message, it just sticks on the load page and never even gets to the password page.
I have it running on a MacBook Pro. I have deleted and reloaded and manually removed the com. It just sits on this screen.
Sometimes there is a blank white screen that pops up in front of this, a half step from asking for the password I think. After downloading the Teams software I receive an error message I have attached a screen shot of the message. Although, I receive a notification that the software has downloaded successfully. Then when I try to open the Teams app, I receive the same error message. I have the same issue. I have followed the steps and deleted and reinstalled several times and I am getting the same error code each time.

In reply to jesskeighran's post on April 9, Make sure you're using a Mac to download the installer, even if it's not the machine you'll be installing Teams on in the end. The installer makes it very easy to get Teams up and running on your Mac. Double-click the. PKG file will get automatically start the installation. The first screen of the installer displays a simple introduction message. Click Continue to move ahead. The next screen lets you know how much disk space it will use, and asks for confirmation on where to install it.
